7. After finishing the video, I believe they're in a really good place and the solution to the issues you outlined is fairly obvious.

   They should start Morant and have Dame come off the bench. Lillard only makes about $14M, so it's not outrageous not to start him, he comes off a brutal injury and is 36 now, so his minutes should probably be limited anyway. This would reduce the amount of defensive liabilities from 2 to 1 already and give Sharpe or Scoot the ability to start as well and further develop. They should probably trade Jrue for a younger forward, maybe to Charlotte for Salaun or Grant Williams, using their trade exception, but even if they don't, they can use their surplus of guards as insurance for all the injuries that will occur (Scoot only played 30 games last season, Sharpe only 50, Dame and Morant…well) or to prevent injuries by limiting back 2 back games for most of their guards.

   I also believe Nori might be the exact right person to sell Dame on this new role and make that challenging guard rotation work.

Depth in this league be crazy, this upcoming expansion should be to add 4 teams instead of 4 honestly plus with this new CBA you’ll be finding teams willing to have a trade off kind of guy every single upcoming draft if talent remains means every reason to not draft you unless you that good and there’s needed cap flexibility

16. I think one of the biggest misconceptions about the blazers, is that Dame wants/needs the ball in his hands. I feel like he learned that lesson well with CJ back in the day. He knows when to give the ball up and let others shine if it means winning the game.

17. Blazer should start Micah Potter for that PF position. Even if he comes of the bench, the coach needs to integrate that height defensive advantage in rotation. Yang Hansen too. If that happens they will be deep championship caliber team.
