I do see why there has been speculation of a Hawkins trade if sign Newell or Bufkin it’s just another guard while you’re really a guard heavy team already which why fans are saying Dia. I don’t agree that Dickerson had a good showing in summer league, yes good offensively had some good minutes he was still very poor on defense he just too slow on defense side still.
They are trading J Hawk. Moving Hunter to the regular roster. Giving Kobe Bufkin a two-way contract. Then Dia that last two-way contract. Only because of the need of the team. Letting Nowell walk.
