💯 % bet the over. It’s a gift. If Kings are reasonably healthy, they will absolutely win more games than last year when 80% of their starting lineup was out most of the year.
Sabonis, LaVine, Murray, Hunter, Monk were all out significant amount of games. Two years ago, the Kings won 40 games with a similar roster. Kings were actually 7 games over 500 when Sabonis and Monk were healthy even AFTER the Fox trade.
Prediction: Kings' lousy defense will start off as a gigantic disaster, and will stay that way until Cardwell and Sharp are ready to start, hopefully by January. Sabonis needs to play point forward, and the starting lineup should be: Cardwell, Sabonis, Murray, Sharp and LaVine.
But they cant tank cause of the new rule
I don’t think you are properly taking into account that Acuff is going to be one of the worst impact players in the league this year. I’d be surprised if he’s not the worst defender in the league, and rookie point guards are rarely efficient. Expect high TO’s, bad efficiency, and constant silly decisions from one of your highest usage guys; then consider how bad the shooting and defense from the rest of the squad is. This is going to be bad

Love how the NBA will undoubtedly find the teams that need the help the most and completely turn their back on them, and of course like true NBA style is when they project us to be the worst.
