  5. Real competition for the Warriors??? Really, Rachel??? The Warriors won in 5 games. Also, that Cavs team is the only NBA team to repeat in The Finals and only win 1 or less games in those 2 series. The Cavs just got outsmarted by having another team "Super Team" better than they did. Plus, the East was way weaker in comparison to the West and for whatever reason, those LeBron led teams always coasted in the regular season, which in the long run didn't help them once they faced formidable competitive.

Trade Steph and Draymond in the middle of the season to Philly, in some sort of three team trade with Washington… where Jaylen Brown ends up in GS and has his own franchise to be the star of… AD ends up with Phi, Embiid end up in Washington to play next to Alex Sarr and be a scary front court whenever healthy and with the defense to cover for Trae Young…… So in Philly you unite a Super Team of Lebron AD, Steph Curry, Tyrese Maxey,,Draymond Green, Klay Thompson on Mininimum from a Buyout… Bronny from the Lakers for nothing…WHAT IN THE 2K lineup would that be… All parties could be very happy with the outcomes if they wanted to make a deal… GS get to turn the page and look to a team based around Jaylen Brown and VJ Edgecombe and the rookie Yaxel Lend…GS is going to probably want some kind of draft capital but they really dont deserve much…they are light years behind everybody in the west right now… with out a real chance to win in the next couple of years… atleast Jaylen Brown extends that window… In Washington you would have never had an opportunity to have a player the caliber of Joel Embiid on your team before so embrace that opportunity and stake your hopes on a frontcourt of Joel Embiid, Alex Sarr, AJ, and trey thowing them alley oops and orchestrating the offense…SCARY if Embiid is healthy…

    Whose team is Philly, is it maxey, is it stephs, is it Lebrons, Is it AD's , is it draymonds team, Is this a redemptions for high end role players on championship teams …. like Klay and KCP…?
    Its no ones team all of them get to feel like its there team… as they dance on the grave of Kobe Bean Bryant in his hometown… Good Job Bob Myers on a redemption for GM's you built another championship team for the Old School and with Tyrese Maxey being the New School…
    All of the old guys contracts are basically up next year and they can rearrange the money every year and play for as long as they want and try to win as long as they want and make as much money as they all agree upon… while young Tyrese Maxey carves out an a SGA type identity of being the most effecient machine the NBA has ever seen… running an offense that know one would have an answer for… and Draymond and AD compete for DPOY every year…. KCP and KLAY compete for 6th man of the year.

  14. Well, the Warriors have tried to do everything the could to get Steph help and it got them a 36 year old Butler. I mean lets be real, who on the warriors can they flip for a superstar, there is not one player outside of Steph that can bring back real assests.

  24. Rachel is very knowledgeable about basketball and I always enjoy listening to her opinion. This doesn’t mean that she is not wrong sometimes, it is just an opinion just like every other sports TV talking head or commentator or podcaster but I rather listen to someone who knows the business of basketball, expresses her opinion in a positive or sensible manner. Go Rachael!

  25. They tried last ditch effort with Jimmy Butler and of course it didn't work out. They had horrible drafting during two time thing. They are paying it now. I would trade Curry around trade deadline and made Jimmy Butler. Let green walk after the season. Rebuild through the draft and hit your draft pieces.
