Brett Siegel On Warriors-KD Rumors:
“Specifically for the Warriors, sources say the organization has not completely moved on from the idea of one day reuniting Curry with former Warrior and two-time Finals MVP Kevin Durant. Lacob and the Warriors would welcome Durant back with open arms, much like they were prepared to do in 2025 before he and his business partner Rich Kleiman stopped the trade deadline deal in its tracks. The main reasons for Durant halting this trade in the middle of the year were due to his search for stability in Phoenix and simply not wanting to relocate at the time. Multiple sources close to the situation have made it clear there is no friction that exists between Durant, Green, Kerr, or any other member of the team. Durant, who turns 38 in September, played some of the most dominant basketball of his career alongside Curry with Golden State. If by some chance he were to grow unsettled in Houston and decide not to finish his career with the Rockets, the Warriors would have interest in a reunion. Whether or not that’s something Durant would personally want is the big question there is no answer to.”

  1. I would look at $21 million a year for Podz, but I wouldn't be surprised that it was either him or someone in his camp that was pushing the higher figures.

  2. The summer of the greatest hits. Giannis, Lebron, Markennan and now KD😂😂😂😂😂😂. Yall just recycling stories at this point of your best views from the past😂😂😂😂😂

  3. Dude I don't understand why you cover this team.
    Stop calling yourself a van.
The only thing that would excite you is the warriors getting a million stars all of a sudden.
Enjoy the process of watching the young talent grow around curry and they will make a finals.I assure you

  4. 4 Year for 64M would still be an overpay but I'd accept it with our current lineup, but MAN Podz is not the guy everyone thinks he is. If we let Pat Spencer walk I'm letting Podz walk…

  5. As much as I loved KD in a Dubs jersey, it's highly unlikely…
He always hated being the 2nd option, you think KD is going to be fine playing 2nd fiddle to Lebron?
If KD put that pride behind him, sure, but I don't think KD will let that go.

  6. Podziemski is not a bad basketball player. He hustles, plays hard on defense. But he has poor reaction time, especially when it comes to hitting an open man; often, he doesn't even see the open man. The Warriors overrate him and are going to pay him too much and play him too much. They should let him go.

  7. If the warriors sign podz for big bag it only means one thing they are not signing Curry a max and front office wanted Curry to give a discount.i rather paid a demar de rozan or Lavine if he bought out in that kind of amount.podz is not good point guard, point guard can play any body on his team, but podz with melton is always chaos because their goal is always same thing,me first for shots before passing the ball.thats not how point guards play.i think if im correct with the names the guard in rockets is better than him sheppard i think is the name, that guy can shoot the lights out in any night but he is unselfish always try find a way to officiate the play first not like podz,he is always looking at rim every time he is the holding the ball,he only doesnt do that if he is with Curry on the floor.

  8. Steve Kerr is still one of the premier coaches. Udoka is excellent as well, but I think Kerr has an experience advantage.
So from KD's standpoint, he'd have to seriously consider it.
Is he thinking "Ring" or "Payday"?
Dray, Jimmy, Steph, KD, and the best next up is a pretty impressive unit.

  9. RFA is a nightmare, extension is the best way to keep a good young player. sign him on a prove it deal traceable contract. I would say 18m a year 3 yrs team option. He is a good player on any other team he would be valued more than this 10 or 0 fan base does. coming off the bench he is valuable. 25m is starter level money and he isn't there, lets see a leap and maybe next contract we'll see., but avoid RFA. trade him now or extend him period
