Tigard, Tualiton, Gresham, Milwaukee, and Clackamas county all need to chip in a mil. The Blazers are the Portland metro area's team more than they are Portland proper's team. Just because the arena is in the metro area center and that happens to be Portland/Multnomah – so the rest free ride??!!! Yeah OR put big chips down – okay so Portland proper gets double taxed – still not fair. Vancouver gets out 100% free FREE RIDING

11. I think that ballot measure failing, that wanted to use PCEF dollars to fund the police, is a really good thing for these renovation negotiations.
