Could Brayden Burries’ Ceiling Be HIGHER Than Draft Experts Predicted?

1. Stop it with the 3 guard lineup talk. The league is getting bigger not smaller overall. So unless you are calling Ous the 3rd guard then stop it.

2. This year will be telling for Rollins. Last year teams weren’t expecting him, so now if he draws attention or gets guarded/double teamed we’ll see if he can handle it and is going to continue to improve or if he was a 1 hit wonder.

3. his plus negative in college was great, plays winning basketball

Camille is the only one who is not hating on kpj in this locked on podcast, kpj was our 2nd best player last season .. 1st in minutes per game, 2nd in ppg, led the team in assist, led the league in steals, best lob passer for sims (now for ware), make others better, i like rollins but he was a ball hog PG, he isn't going well together with herro or burries, even giannis hates him, remember when giannis was created last possesion vs the hornets .. he chose kpj for 2 man game, and there is reason why doc chose kpj over rollins, both doc and giannis has better basketball knowladge than us 🦌

5. Lets be real -Horst still GM and Jenkins a failed coach, no positive role models. The guard position is so overstaffed it makes you wonder why Burris was drafted if he doesn't start. If he starts it puts Herro on bench. With Ham giving advice i see the starting lineup as Turner, Kuzma, Green, KPJ and Rollins. We got bad bad coaches.

8. These five are the future of the Bucks; Burries, Rollins, Kas, Jericho, Jaquez, and Kelel. If by the end of season they start this 5; what are the excelling skills for each player. Brayden; not quite the athlete of Castle but a better ball handler and shooter. Can play either guard most probably a point. But that brings up Rollins and Kaz. Rollins quicker and more advanced; Kas the better shooter (both great potential). Kas might become a poor-man's Luka. With Herro traded, still have excellent 3 guard rotation. Jaquez one-of-a-kind player, grit, great moves, good passer, rebounder. Ware can score a ton if given the shots

9. No to Payton Watson and kaminga Ous and Ament are both great wings Ous is perfect can play great D score at 3 levels and play make like a G he’s our starting 4

10. Id say its more likely than not that the Bucks do not have an all star by the end of Burries rookie contract.

11. Kelel was stifled, held out, left out, drastically underrated by NBA. Sure Coach Taylor devotes tons of film time with Kelel. By contrast, Kelel already loves Taylor & listens well to a proven developer of talent. Again, Kelel's Combine numbers (tests) are not good, they are fantastic!!! His great three shooting at Indiana University was 42.5%, he can improve on 39.5% last season. Bold move into the Kevin Durant territory; some games taking 6 or more threes. 7 of 11 threes won't surprise. His 20rbs career high can be exceeded & 8bks shots too. Super-star in wings ready to explode, maybe scores 35, 21rbs, 6bks, 5ast 3stls

12. The kpj fans I respect but are kinda unrealistic. His career numbers are average. Guards shooting 3s are a must in today's game. Kevin Porter Jr shoots around 35 percent . And I love Kevin Porter Jr. But he's also injured a lot . That's Not good . That's why I always felt kpj and rollins together was an excellent backcourt . Because they compliment each other . Personally , I would trade herro. For a 1st round pick asap . And start kpj ,rollins ,and bring burries off the bench.

18. Burries better be better than Rollins at least eventually. He was picked #10 in the draft. Rollins right now is a solid combo guard. He's undersized at 6 3". Doesn't handle well, he's turnover prone at times. His transition play is mid at best. Now I do like him. He shoots the 3 well. He will play make. He drives to basket at times. His long arms causes defensive problems for opponents. He can play, but more as a support guard or 6th man on a good team. On a bad team a good starter (This years Bucks). Burries will be starting shooting guard next season after Herro is moved.

19. Burries is a scorer who makes very few mistakes. Rate in the NBA (or anywhere).

KPJ CAREER – 14.3 points per game. 4.9 assists. 5 rebounds. 44% from floor. 35% from 3 point area. Also youngest player to score 50 points along with 10 assists.
