Creative analysis. However, I don't think Sabonis is a good fit for having to give up anybody in a trade, pay out the kind of money sac refuses to extend, or count on in the future. Sure the desperation to win with Curry is a factor. We already have a collection of relics and high priced antiques. Forget about it.
Why would an 8 minute video start at 1:50.
They better not drop the ball on this one.
Sabonis is soft and overpaid, he got owned by looney in 2023 playoffs and looney ain't even a great defender. Lets pay 40 mill for a guy who can't defend or shoot
Sabonis would never play with Draymond, that would be like Poole and Draymond post punch. It won’t work with both on the team. I hope we can go after Banchero if the Magic decide to move on
It will be good to have a true 7 footer rim defender and he's no slouch
Sabonis is way better than Wiseman
The Warriors need another competent big man, and Sabonis would be a good fit. He is a good passer. Get this guy!
Can't shoot can't defend, Temu version Looney with a very MILD upgrade in speed.
Who have the Kings produced ever that were good?
Only if Sabonis is willing to get paid in the $17-$20mil/yr range. I wouldn't pay him more than that.
This dude is trash…. warriors need to stop picking the loser ass players….
He's a little overrated, got a decent jumper but yes he is a lil soft
Would be an effective extra Center on the bench tho
It depends on who is the leverage
Sabonis is a bad fit on bot ends of the court. Not a versatile or rim protecting big and then he clogs up the paint on offense
I think it would be better to trade for a different player……
Possible trade– Butler, KP, Podz and 2027 FRP for LaVine, Hunter and Raynaud.
Need a scorer next to Curry and LaVine averaged 19 points a game last year and shot 39% from 3.
