Scoring – A combination of efficiency, shot diet, shot volume, and shot creation ability
Playmaking – How do you stack up to other players in your archetype when it comes to playmaking? This factors in passing ability, overall gravity and how often you turn the ball over
Defense – Again, archetype dependent. If you are a rim protecting big who lacks offensively, you better be one of the best defenders in the league. If you are an offensive engine, even neutral defense is a massive plus. This factors in how good the defense is with you on and off the court, rim protection, defensive playmaking and scalability
Possession – This is a newer pillar for me. How do you influence the possession battle? This factors in turnovers generated, turnovers conceded and rebounding influence.

i don't think people realize we wouldn't have been the worst team in the league if we weren't trying so hard to openly tank, we genuinely have so many dudes on the come up. you can't talk wizards basketball with most people, they weren't watching these games. i get the narrative is that we're terrible until proven otherwise, and it's on the team to prove it, but people aren't paying attention to the work. we're not the bottom anymore, i would rather be a wiz fan than a fan of any team in california rn lol
