The Cleveland Cavaliers extended both Donovan Mitchell and James Harden then added Peyton Watson in free-agency. Is it enough to compete in a stacked Eastern Conference??

  1. Tbf to Mitchell, the two teams they got in round 1 and 2 were both specifically built on elite defense, so those games were always gonna be tougher. There are better teams that he'd have performed much better on. He still scored well enough, the problem is Harden having more turnovers than assists. Sure, Mitchell is the no1 option, we expect Harden to shrink as a shooter, but his playmaking should at the very least hold up, but no, guy literally had MORE TURNOVERS THAN FG'S IN BACK TO BACK GAMES, crazy. So he can't hit a shot or playmake so Mitchell has to create everything himself against elite defence, then Mobley can't hit a jumper, Allen isn't a scorer, Tyson went from 44% to 23% from 3. So now what is Mitchell working with? Shroder hitting 33% from 3 and 38% from the field? For some reason Atkinson barely played Keon Ellis who can't generate his own shot but is a career 40% 3&D guy, yet he gets 7 minutes a night despite The Cavs needing exactly those two things. Mitchell wasn't perfect but he could have put up 35-10-10 and the Cavs still get bounced unless his supporting cast at least shoot their averages or don't commit more turnovers than FG's. All the while he's being defended by Cade, Ausar, Mikal, OG. Honestly think they need to go small, move Allen – he can't shoot, and his defense isn't elite enough to make up for it – put Mobley at the 5, run and gun, Watson at the 4, Tyson at the 3, Mitchell, Harden (since you're stuck with him now) and hopefully you get can get some shooters back from the Allen deal. Honestly, Jerami Grants contract is bad but he's a perfect fit for the team. Can defend 1-4, sometimes 5's, elite shooter comfortable spotting up for no dip bombs from the corner, can dunk like hell, run in transition, and isn't the ISO heavy ball hog he used to be but can still generate his own shot when needed to.

  2. Man Sports is Entertainment. I noticed it when my Steelers beat The Colts. The Bus Fumbled 🚌 The Ball and the guy ran right to Ben so that he could tackle 😳 him 😳 😅😅😅😅😂😂😂😂
