If there’s anytime for bobby to improve the roster it’s NOW, prior to Kawhi’s first season here back in 2019 no American superstars were looking this way, after this kawhi window is over and he retires, we don’t know which stars will consider Toronto, but hopefully by then Scottie is a superstar himself, if not, pull the plug and build around jakobe and cmb and Scottie will just be a regular allstar along side them
