GG is my favorite player in the league just because he grew up in my neighborhood so im biased. But to give you a NBA perspective, its very hard to scout him and his abilities especially after last season wjen the team was tanking. He was a part of a sinking ship and they would play him in spurts and once he got comfortable on the floor they would sub him out, sometimes for entire quarters. But the reason they would sub him out was a positive thing, GG would come in and the team would start to resemble a real squad with winning aspirations and thr organization DID NOT want that. They wanyed to loose even at the expense of loosing fans and fans participation. They did give a flying "F" about development or creating a winning culture. So with that, GG lost that competitive spirit he had as a rookie. But its still in there and if Memphis ultimately trades him they will sorely miss out on a burgeoning talent
