I can’t decide if he will ball or if he will fall. Finishing at the rim will be hard. Ballers find a way. Maybe floaters. But 47% on catch and shoot 3s is unworldly.
The opportunity will be there for Stirtz, hope he shows out!
The Thunder have a wealth of riches in terms of high level talent. That’s the only reason Stirtz may not get a ton of run early. He’s so highly skilled for a rookie.
Hopefully we get to see a Stirtz, McCain, Cason, Caruso, Mara lineup at some point this season and let Ajay start some games. I’d like to see what the Thunder do with that blend of shooting and defense while having a high level drop big guarding the rim. Stirtz unlocks a lot of things to help SGA, JDub, Ajay and Chet out hopefully with rim assists and killing lesser defenders in actions.
