Crash & Tag defense has already failed. You can try whatever defensive scheme you want; if players don't even want to try, it has already failed. Because the Nuggets have such a weak FO, there is no accountability, and players can just get away with doing the bare minimum. There is a reason why OKC players bust their ass, and Nuggets players don't care to put any effort into defense.

I'm sorry, I need to pick up a topic from couple of videos ago. Get this, according to this comment section: 1) Shaq never got fouled, 2) stars got better whistle in 90s and 2000s, I guess Embiid, SGA and Luka would shoot like 20 FTs, if they were playing back then 😀 Jokic fans, please try to not sound like the most uneducated basketball people in the universe. DeRozan with the starters, I can't wait. He shoots the 3 worse than Westbrook (you won't hear this fact here) 30.2%. And he plays about the same on defense, except he gets zero hustle plays. To be fair to Russ, he got some of those from time to time. So is DEN offense better when Jok has the ball, he's playing with with 4 shooters and cutters or when there's Jok+Murray+Derozan and we watch DeRozan post up take a jump shot and they need to run back on defense 😀 I litterarily can't wait. But guy guys…the footwork is great.
