  1. G.G. Jackson is a great player and should start, no doubt. Ty Jerome is a very good scoring player but this game requires defense which is his weakness. To be considered as a starter, it is needed for the player to play defense . That is why I say Scottie Pippen is the better player as a starting point guard . I predict he will be before this year is out.

  2. No notes on any of these takes. I especially liked your thoughts on GG and Grant. I keep seeing vet move after vet move with him. I might be remembering this incorrectly, but didn't Coward's jumper get better as time went on last season. I've got faith in Coward turning it around, but the jumper is concerning right now

    On to Lakers Fast Break

  3. Zack Edey is in a position to become a major player in the NBA. He looks a bit out of shape but I hope he will dedicate himself mastering his position. He is bigger than most and I hope he gets better. The team will go as far as his improvement allows.

  4. I disagree with Scotty starting over Ty. Scotty is the better option defensively. Scotty is not the better option from a ball security standpoint and most importantly although Ty is not a pass first, Ty playmakes for others better than Scotty. The one area Scotty is better in is not enough to outshine the multiple areas he is not better.

I will keep saying any change we make may improve one aspect but causes an issue in another area. For that reason I’m good with no changes for now until we get some regular season games played and go from there.
