The Trail Blazers tabbed Travis Demers to take over the TV play by play job but of course it comes with an unnecessary mess. Plus, the anatomy of a 6th seed and a Jeremy Sochan season preview.

Am I the only one who wishes for Blazer Mike to one day wear a Portland Rockies ballcap "on today's show"?
Scrooge McDundon strikes again!
What an FFFing joke! So he's going to do the TV and Radio at the same time, while being on a game-by-game trial. What could possibly go wrong? I can't wait for Dundon to show up at Blazer games and the fans start chanting, "CHEAP CHEAP, CHEAP CHEAP"
What is wrong with this organization? I am on the verge giving up my season tickets
I didnt care about his contract situation i think we should bring barret back …..but tv and radio at same time ruffled my feathers
You can't seriously think that that kid's tweets were racist or misogynistic. He was a freaking child that said some dumb s***
Mr. Crab – Deni you want max contract?
Deni – yes please.
Mr. Crab – ok here is 4 mil. For 4 years.
F. THIS OWNER !!!
4:04 Eh, not a lot of people are impressed with Travis. Could care less about the trial basis. Wish we could get someone else
JS was good. the question is do you need a player with what he brings…
Travis is a great radio caller imo. He explains the game well for radio. This just means they didn't find someone in time and they're pulling in Travis as a temp. Seems like set up for failure for Trav but I admire his work ethic and dedication to the team.
Unpopular opinion but I like how Dundon is running the team. Hes not taking no chances and the previous owners would take chances but they ultimately would screw us up. Dundon bringing new life to us
Travis has been great. I think he's the best choice moving forward. Also a great guy! Mike Barrett hasn't watched a Blazer game since he got fired, he's all about baseball these days. He has no kind words for the Blazers. I saw him interviewed last year. Rice is playing tennis in Florida and happy being retired and with his family.
Just wait until it is all AI
Damn. Bros super butthurt!
If they liked Travis they would have offered him the job in the first place and not that other guy. Seems like he's just the best option for now.
If the players and the coaches aren't getting special treatment I'm not sure why the other employees shouldn't expect normal corporate America behavior.
What a shame that fans, players, and employees have to deal with this stuff. Might as well list Travis as day-day?
The fact they let a HOF play by play guy go over money is what bothers me. You keep Calabro and then we aren’t in this situation
