   I think Minnesota has top 4 seed upside and they seem way too low in your rankings. Also, I don’t think there’s a reason to believe the Suns would drop so much in the regular season standings.

   For me it’s closer to

   1. Denver
   2. Golden State
   3. Clippers
   4. Suns
   5. Minnesota
   6. Grizzlies
   7. Mavericks
   8. Pelicans
   9. Lakers
   10. Sacramento
   11. Portland
   12. San Antonio
   13. OKC
   14. Houston
   15. Utah
