Wait a minute why Klay not playing?
Nothing to see here but human psychology, modern media and too much need for hot takes in our culture, normalized now in generations.
1. Draymond immediately apologized, that's huge and actually all of this coming out could act as a sort of "tension letting" event.
2. Poole having his name bandied about as if his ego is all that now…..again, this is hearsay, opinion, perhaps people seeing what THEIR agenda wants to see. I'm sure Poole DOES have a changed mindset now, who wouldn't at that age when your game has garnered rave reviews, you just played a good part in a championship? But to say the oh so predictable thing that his head is too big now….again, i think in a roundabout way it's good this all came out now…now Poole cannot be a primadonna, people already have that in their awareness now, by all this coming out if Poole acts all that now, it will be noticed…so i think this inspires him to NOT be that way, to come out and not let arrogance get to him.
3. Once again we see with the JK comments of a few days ago that your Golden State Warriors are simply a media draw, click bait source. Kuminga is a perfectly decent dude, from all we can tell as fans. He plays hard, he's always downhill, isn't selfish and can pass, has accepted not getting tons of minutes like rookies elsewhere.
So why are there rumors that JK is flaky, etc? I know his own teammates say that, and i can accept he has a bit of a far away look in his eyes, shy introverted personality perhaps. I know his game is a bit raw, not having the same good early education in the game growing up as a young kid in The Congo perhaps, no good courts and equipment, etc.
And yes, JK coming from a different culture makes his takes on things seem funny probably, and he's young.
But what SaSm said about him, i don't know where those kinds of things come from. My guess is it's something as lame and shallow as SaS just saying that because he heard somebody who heard somebody, and that's all based off of just a cultural misunderstanding, just the fact JK's from a different culture, so his cues, his words, the "way he is" comes off funny to SaS and/or his sources.
And of course all of it gains clicks, generates money, the speculation…so here we have it, fragile sometimes young players forced to navigate the BS (good for them they're born into it and wary of it more than older fools like me. But still, it's lame that such flimsy loose speculation gets tossed around.
It's very possible, due to Draymond immediately apologizing, that this works out healthy for the Dubs. Gets it out in the open, they can laugh at it now, got it off their chest and it exposes the issue underneath of Poole, so now it will be more likely Poole, realizing everyone now sees this issue…well, Poole can't act all that, he needs to prove it again and do so humbly, like all good Warriors.

Is it time for Dreimon to go? I agree with the previous comment that I know MJ punched Steve Kerr when they were playing practice, and this could be nothing different. Later on though play together make the best of teammates to get the W like professionals. Or Draymond just jealous or mad at Jordan for the same way he was mad at Kevin Durant. Draymond Green gets like seven points a game I mean I would’ve rather trade Draymond Green than Kevin Durant. This is all about money between Drays & Poole's upcoming extension contract . This will definitely become an issue, both wants a max contract which the team will not be able to offer. If worst comes to worst and Poole and his agent doesn't accept the Warriors offer and moves to a team that offers him a max like Herro, the question will be how effective will Poole be in another team? He's thrived in Golden State because of the team's ability to be seamlessly fluid with ball movement, thanks to Curry and company. But without Curry, Klay, and Green, will Poole really fit in another system that is unlike the warriors and succeed? I don't care about this altercation. Men will be men, Green and Poole will hash it out.

Draymond Green is an excellent politician. Knows how to goad competition into leaving. Jordan vs Kerr had nothing to do with contract extensions. DG & Poole already previously got into a back-and-forth during a game this 2021-2022 season. KD & Green got into a screaming match over whether KD would stay or not in the 2019-2020 season, among other things. KD left & Green got his extension at the price he wanted. Now this has happened with Poole? I expected DG to target Wiggs!!! Maybe Wiggs can't be goaded. If Poole leaves DG will get his extension at the money he wants. I am so not surprised at DG's mercenariness. I hope Poole, Wiggs, Klay come into a happy agreement with GSW regarding their extensions cause if they leave they will have done what DG wanted.
