Hammies can tend to linger. It would be a good idea to sit him for a couple weeks even if he feels okay.

  2. ThisAnswerIsLit

That’s good. Might actually need him off the bench

  3. Kanajeji

I hope he’s okay. But he should try to take as much time as he needs to make sure he’s back to 100%.

  4. AntSmith777

I’m glad he’s ok and I hope he has a smooth recovery. Also hope he doesn’t play.

  5. behappysometimes

The one thing Russ still has going for him is his durability.

  6. Rentfreelakerfan

    That’s a W

Some of y’all are fucking incel weirdos

  7. NorthRefrigerator713

He should really take as much time as he needs.

    Don’t rush it.

    Rest.

    Don’t risk it

Have I said he should take as much time as he needs

  8. thaiteawhitey

Ham’s the coach and RW has a Ham injury. Coincidence?

  9. Dumbo_Mutombo

This team sucks even more without Russell Westbrook and we saw that in the last preseason. Hope he can recover fully and be ready in time for the home opener

  10. Internetology

Everybody saying that’s good is weird imagine weighing injury on a playeršŸ¤¦šŸ¾ā€ā™‚ļø I get that y’all may not like him but to be happy he’s out cause of injury is so lame

  11. bornlasttuesday

I heard the midwest is a great place to rehab!

  12. As much as you may not like him, we need Westbrook out here with this new squad bc we are stuck with just hoping he can gel and get better with the squad while we’re stuck with his contract.

  13. Sin-A-Bun

Sounds like it’ll take 6 months to heal

  14. never wish injury on anyone, youre a pos op. you wouldnt last in the streets

  15. life_is_a_burner

OK. Here’s my completely unfounded conspiracy theory based on no actual information.

Russ ā€œexaggeratedā€ an injury so that he could have a less humiliating reason to be moved to the bench role. Now he can say he’s coming off the bench because he’s still working himself back to 100%. Then when (fingers crossed) he starts performing decent as a bench role they say something along the lines of ā€œwe’ve got some chemistry working and we don’t want to disrupt thatā€.

  16. NoOffer5595

Dude doesn’t want to come off the bench so now he’s injured.

  17. litlegoblinjr

Rob playing 4D chess and signing nothing but guards in case of injuries lmao
