These players don’t get paid strictly for their in-game minutes, there’s a lot more that goes into being on an NBA roster.
You know these guys are also paid to practice, go to meetings, travel, work out, do interviews, etc., right?
That’s not really how salaries work. There is a lot more to being employed as a professional athlete than playing the actual games. I get your point though.
