Tibs there’s no excuse u could ever come up with In your right mind to explain this loss this is completely on Jalen Brunson I’m calling u out as a Knicks fan( only because of D.Rose if he gets traded I could careless about the Knicks) but is loss is completely on Brunson and just proves your not the guy and u probably never will be 2 of the easiest points u could’ve had all night in front of your home crowd all game and u miss your not a Star bro and u got way overpaid and costed the Knicks a second round pick chasing after u SHAME TBH I don’t feel bad for the Knicks in anyway personally credit goes to the Bulls for the adjustments they made in the 4th quarter bt this loss is all on Brunson Straight Up

earlier in the year they were a horrible ft shooting team.. it was corrected to a point where they became a top 10 percentage wise and in the last 3/4 games it has been flipped upside down again. same could be said in regards to several aspects of this team… corrected but then rears its ugly head again. question is how often does it need to be fixed or do you simply have players that are inconsistent. All that being said RJ and Julius back to back great efficient games just a tough finish from the backcourt

Thibs should consider using Quickley instead of Grimes in the closing minutes of the game. Consider Grimes’ blunders in the last two games while under pressure: (1) he decided to stop just passing the 10- second line and was smothered defensively by two opposing players and lost the ball, (2) two clutch foul throw he missed despite Jalen doing the same (but Jalen has hit so many shots/foul throws on clutch that he was due to miss), and (3) he fouled Derozen on his 2-point shot consequently giving him a foul throw that denied the Knicks of a last 0.4 second shot.
I understand Grimes is a sophomore and needs to acclimate in the NBA type of games a little more, but Quickley is more steady and is a better shooter than him.
Knick fans are emotional like a hungry women. You feed them then the world is all good again. Thibs it’s simple you can’t play these guys so many minutes for so many straight games. You need to extend your rotation. They must be fresh down the stretch of the game. You can’t play your key guys 12+ straight minutes and think they’ll perform at the end of the game.
lets flash back to 2004 2016 2017. team had stellar december and then self-destucted them all the way
You see Brunson straggling second game ..put Drose when the game is on the line..Without DRose in playoff, you will be destroyed. Play him or trade him!
