The Brooklyn Nets played on New Years Eve and were able to get the night’s festivities going early with an easy win over the Charlotte Hornets on the road. Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving led the way though neither had to run major minutes in a game that really was never in doubt. The Nets have now won 15 of their last 16 games and made it 11 in a row to close out 2022. It’s been such an awesome run by this team that now has the second-best record in the NBA behind only the Celtics.
