I see the doomers have migrated to the rNBA threads for the most part which is nice

  2. eat_rain

Jamal and Bones need to resolve their hero complexes.

  3. kemmdogg

Had a 4 leg parlay. AG 14+ (pts/ast), Bruce 11+ (pts/ast), joker over 7.5 ast, and nuggets -2.5. Joker choosing to step back and hit the three with a tie game was the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me. Damn I love this team

  4. Superbotto

Memphis isn’t going away, but Nuggets and Grizzlies are building a little gap on the rest of the West.

  5. kushlash16

Nugglyfe game. Inferior opponent with no reason for it to be close, only to be turned into a nail bitter lol

  6. Moose5280

We’re gonna have a good day
And ain’t nobody gotta cry today
‘Cause ain’t nobody gonna die today
Save that drama for another day
Hey, we’re gonna have a good day

  7. sweeptheleg_07

Was on the floor for that game winner fellas. Hit me right in the feels. All Hail Jokic.

  8. Passing of Bird, Vision of Magic, Post Game of McHale, Shooting of Dirk, Defense of Marc Gasol, and Rebounding of Duncan. Nikola Jokic is the best player on the Planet and he is going to average a 25/10/10 Trible double this season

  9. freddyt55555

    Nuggets shooting:

    * FG%: 53.9%
    * FT%: 52.6%

  10. Murray miracle 3

    AG hitting both FTs

Murray fouling for whatever reason and Fultz missing

    Jokic step back 3 gamewinner

    Yeah seriously lucky win

  11. MasterStrange616

I know this is not a match-up we see very often, but the more we see it, the more I feel like WCJ is likely the best Jokic defender in the entire league. He has good quickness and strength, he gets into really good positions to prevent Jokic from backing him down, and most importantly, he doesn’t fall for pump fakes and will stay down at all costs leaving Jokic in a constant state of back to the basket.

I would love to see this match-up more to see Jokic figure his way through this match-up, but unfortunately we only get to see it twice a year. The positive of this going forward is almost no other big in the league plays like this, so it’s not really replicatable.

  12. WeirdRedBeard

Bro, why does Grizzlies’ sub PGT have like 40 comments, what the fuck?

  13. only reason it was close is because Vlatko didnt play tn

  14. UnderratedNightmare

START THE FUCKING POST GAME SURVEY!!

  15. kkkhhjdyhrthhhjft

And SNF is still on and exciting??? What a night

  16. Pikuturtle1

That was a lucky ass game that I’m grateful we won lmao. The murray jokic two man game was so off from both of them like wtf was that but glad we won haha

  17. Weekly_Joke_9708

Good sign that we won a game where we couldn’t really shoot well from 3 (33% is meh for us) and shot badly from the FT line

Feels like we definitely would’ve lost this game in prior seasons

  18. ApplesAndToothpicks

We really got fucked on the FTs man, 34 for Magic and 19 for us, and we shot terribly again. Jokic had 0 FTs!

This isn’t gonna happen again I feel.

  19. fattymaggo

I would love if they started including the entire team on offense more often than not, I get that Murray-Jokic-AG have a good chemistry but there were so many times either KCP, Bruce or MPJ were open and no one even looked in their direction.

Also not good defense by the team in particular Murray tonight but insaaaane last shot by Jokic lol

  20. Data_Disk_196

This gets repeated ad nauseam here, but I really cannot emphasize how lucky we all are to be watching this guy play historic basketball and he’s *on our team*.

  21. absolutebaboon16

B2b games with Jamal 38 ish mins Brown only 24.

I get trying to ramp up JAMAL but that seems too much

  22. WeirdRedBeard

It never ceases to amaze me what kind of whistle Embiid gets. I swear to fucking Christ if Jokic had this whistle, he’d average 40.

Maybe after the 3rd MVP tho 👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀

  23. UnderratedNightmare

I know people wont agree but u/weirdredbeard was terrible tonight I get you don’t like commenting but when your sub is struggling you need to step up and demand the upvotes. I know u/ion513 was hogging the thread and refused to stop but on a couple timeouts u/weirdredbeard just sat there and didn’t type. Plus was awful shitposting in PGT.

  24. Braun_Nuggz316

Yeah besides Luca the Mavs are not great they are losing their 2nd game to the Blazers in a row.

  25. WeirdRedBeard

    Almost forgot:

This one doesn’t count because Magic were missing Chuma Okeke, and Jonathan Isaac, and also these are the types of games we should win in a blowout fashion, so this is essentially a loss.

  26. about90frogs

Gonna watch this 6ers/Lakers game to be a more educated hater.

  27. UnderratedNightmare

Tbh. I’m rooting for Lakers. I want Embiid to be even more upset coming off a loss and seeing his dad hit a game winner

  28. ApplesAndToothpicks

This team has GOT to get it’s FT shooting under control. AG especially, he’s been so bad there. I don’t want there to be a Whack-a-Gordon tactic teams can pull on us in the clutch.

Although props to him for making the 2 most important ones at the end.

Edit: it’s supposed to be Hack-a-Gordon but whatevs

  29. ladidadi82

What a game! I was bones 14+ assists and points from hitting a 14 leg +17000 parlay smh hope he’s alright

  30. Donnie1490

Need to be better in the 2nd half. The 2nd unit really depends on Bones a lot it seems. Blazers will be coming off back to back wins vs Mavs looking to steal one

  31. Donnie1490

Um MPJ has been called twice for being in the shooter landing spot. Even kcp got one. How the hell did they say Embiid wasn’t in LeBron landing for a flagrant. NBA refs picking and choosing

  32. milanjfs

I’m very glad that Portland and Minny have won 1 or 2 games lately, because they won’t have those frickin’ emergency player meetings before they play against us

  33. Weekly_Joke_9708

Sixers are getting the full brunt of the lakers whistle

But I can’t feel that bad cuz of harden and embiid

  34. WeirdRedBeard

Refs sweating out these Harden/Embiid vs Bron/Lakers whistles

  35. CaesuraRepose

That was about as bad a second half as this team has played in ages. Hopefully will serve as a good tune-up for the Blazers

  36. Weekly_Joke_9708

Are the lakers tanking? What was that ending lol

  37. ApplesAndToothpicks

I am convinced that Jokic must’ve followed Mark Jones’ wife on instagram or something, cuz the hating is crazy.

  38. WeirdRedBeard

Westbrook did the stupid ass celebration after getting an and1 on a made 3

  39. InsertWhittyPhrase

I’ve said it before, but it deserves repeating. If we make a deep playoff run, I think KCP is going to be our difference maker that gives us the edge in close games. The late 4th quarter 3 that he hit tonight was the only thing that allowed to to pull off the W in the end.

  40. milanjfs

    Westbrook lmao

Meanwhile Ham: 112 + 2 timeouts is 114, right? Right?
