Edit: with acknowledgment to Andrew Nembhard picked at 31 who is now top 10 in the ROY race. Both Jazz east and Pacers west have had some nice rookie play.

His chances are 0. Even if this draft class was historicaly weak that award always goes to the guy who scores the most points. Defence won’t win him that award.
