Is this a travel? It looks like he takes 3 steps but this is okay in the NBA I think, is it the same with FIBA rules?

   In the NBA you can carry for 3 steps before a dunk.

   This is not a question for survey. It’s simply legal by the rules everywhere.
   And for the future reference, always judge by the real time footage. Don’t bring up slow motion.
