I was adamantly against trading for this guy but if we got him for cheap I don’t think I’d be mad

Its crazy that we had 3 All NBA players that had their trade value absolutely tank in their prime.
Harden – few years removed from winning MVP. 32 years old and value tanked hard.
Kyrie – 29 years old. Value tanked to almost nothing last year
Ben Simmons – 26 years old. Basically has negative trade value. Went from 15/8/7 to 7/6/6
He is not a fav of mine but I would strongly consider it for a package based on Joe Harris.
We can cover the loss of Joe with Seth/Yuta/TJ but there is a glaring hole behind Clax.

This sub really needs to stop looking at statistics in regards of Ben Simmons. We are undoubtedly a much better team offensively and defensively with him. We are top 10 in both with him. The fact this sub looks at 8 ppg have no understanding of actual value of a player. He didn’t come here to score. We don’t need him to score. He’s less than a year removed from back surgery. Patience.

Joe Harris would be a really good fit on the Hawks if he could get his shit together, they desperately need some shooting.

Does his Salary make sense within the team of Simmons isn’t traded, I doubt Hawks want Ben so that’s be another close to max contract on the roster
