Come on now, no one is truly saying Kessler is the best center.
Barring injury or any other hiccups, Kessler will overall be a better player than Gobert in time. I can see him being a 12pt 12rb 3ast 3blk player next year. He just has better footwork and hands.
Kessler is not sloppy as Gobert was offensively. Its not really overreaction. He is better offensively Gobert ever was. He is a better at PNR than Gobert. Ppl refused to pass to Gobert so how mediocre he was.

I’m a jazz fan, Kessler should go Denver and get mentored by Jokic, then come back to Utah. Fantasy land. So find a vet center that plays like that. Then end up with an athletic center on the defensive end and a cerebral assassin who actually can explode and blow by you if need be on the offensive end. Invest into him like that and he can do it.
