  1. Lakers have no bright future. When your two best players are guaranteed to miss a ton of games each season, you can't build any chemistry or continuity. Lebron will be 40 so I can't blame him, but if AD is on the roster next year, it'll be the same cycle yet again. AD has such a massive impact on the team, but his injuries wipe away your title chances.

  2. "how bad they want it" is the stupidest phrase in NBA history. Followed closely by "Dawgs" in the 2020 year. Bruh it will come down to how they strategize and if Darvin Ham learns how to run a proper rotation. If the Lakers run the stagnant, stand still version of their offense and defense, they lose. If they run the offense through AD and stay mobile on defense, they win. Simple. And it doesn't require ambiguous bs like "wanting it more". Someone please explain how you gauge that lol

  3. Lol Lebron came back and ruined the flow so now Bronsexuals are back to blaming everybody but Lebron

  4. It's really gonna come down to both Bron and AD staying healthy. If one or both go down, they ain't winning nothing.

  5. The Lakers probably do want it badly. The problem is that they don't play like it consistently. Also, the Pelicans and OKC could make it irrelevant whether or not the Lakers want it badly.

  6. So here we go again talking about this sub .500 team. The Lakers, with the help of the NBA and the refs, will
make the play-in but unless a top tier team truly gets star struck in the first round, the Lakers will be eliminated.

  7. The Lakers are now leading the league in both free throw attempts per game and opponent free throw attempts per game. If you go down the list of the top 10 teams in free throw attempts per game, every team on that list is outside the top 10 in opponent free throw attempts per game, except the LAKERS who are first.

If you don’t believe they are manipulating the outcomes of games, I recommend you watch a few Lakers games with a critical eye towards fair refereeing. You will never be able
to watch an NBA game the same again.

If you can’t be bothered to watch a game, then I recommend you at least look at the stats which referees determine, such as the two listed above. There a quite a few. What you will find is that the Lakers are at least top 5 in every single one. No other team is anywhere close to being even top 20 in every stat category determined by refs. Technical fouls, 3 in the keys, offensive fouls, Opponent offensive fouls, etc.

When you’re done doing one of the above I want you to remember something. These are categories which in the past have predominantly been lead by teams which are either great or have great coaches. The Lakers on the other hand have a first year coach, and a bunch of young players and castaways for most the season. They were a notch above an awful team at best performance wise.

The Lakers probably had at least 10 wins handed to them this season and should be a bottom 7 team in the standings. There was even one game they had 31 free throws to the opponents 6. They won that game by 1 point. I truly feel bad for the Pelicans, who will get the worst end of a crappy stick that most of the whole league drew.

  8. It comes down to chemisty because the pieces are there, they were working, but not you throw a big Lebron shaped wrench into a working rotation where everybody has to readjust to just watching Lebron and be a spotup shooter. No wonder that this team played with almost zero energy last game.

  9. Then let’s talk about the Mavs it’s like everyone refuse to talk about J Kidd stubborn rotation in not playing Morris and McGee. Last night they played McGee with Irving and it lead them to win by they’re biggest margin since the trade. The Mavs need stops and with McGee they have solid rim protection. They wanna push the narrative that Irving and Luka just taking turns but the ball movement is Amazing on the Mavs team they don’t lose based on that they lose based on not being able to get as many stops so they’re stuck in shoot outs and relying solely on the other team to shoot bad. No matter how fundamental we may think some of these analysts are especially former players, they all protect and play on assigned narratives to be apart of the media it’s phony

  10. I am just not sure of these days, is it any other teams in the National Bad Association other than The Lakers?
