Man, what a game! Iām a Spurs fan and was in attendance so that sucked to lose but great game nevertheless.
Tough game as a Spurs fan, especially blowing another double digit lead. The narrative and momentum had Wemby hit that last second shot would have been amazing. But thatās just me being greedy. Spurs were uncharacteristically bad at shooting this game and Aaron Gordon stepped up like crazy. If those things have to happen to make it a Nuggets win in OT, Iāll take it.
I'm spurs fan and losing this game is fine. The team learn a lot specially executing defensive and offensive plays at the clutch time.

I love the fact that Spurs and Nuggets fans aren't bashing each other. It was awesome great game!!! Im a Nuggets fan and have nothing but respect for the Spurs! JOKIC is the MVP!!!
In the playoffs if Fox is playing trash his ass will be on the bench and Harper will be in. Our best lineup does not have Fox in. Spurs fan here
This game showed the whole āexperienceā thing everyone has been talking about with the Spurs. The experience really showed for the nuggets tonight. Great loss for the Spurs though, they will learn from this.

All of these butt-hurt Spurs fans saying they will beat Denver in 5 in the playoffs is comical. How many of your players have played in a playoff game???? The playoffs are on a completely different level. You better hope the Nuggets donāt get the 3 seed. Letās not blame the refs, Aaron Fox or whatever other excuse you want to use. Murray only had 15, no excuses from Nuggets fans.
The spurs have to figure out what they are going to do with that Aaron Gordon match up on Wemby. And Wemby needs to make better decisions down the stretch. There were a few really bad possessions down that stretch that cost the game. And a whiffed lob.

Denver gave it their all and only beat us by two in overtime. This looks to easily be a seven game series if they come across each other's paths in the playoffs
Fantastic game. The thing that makes me feel good about it is that this was the third game in four nights all on the road (@GSW Wed, @LAC Thu, @Den Sat) and a matinĆ©e, so itās honestly impressive that the spurs kept it competitive given their schedule. Wemby has generally been terrible in matinĆ©es this season, he had two of his worst stinkers of the year in Charlotte and in New York earlier, he mentioned they throw off his routine. Fortunately you almost never play those in the playoffs!
Props to wemby for playing in denver. Embiid would never. Jokic is still the king though
When healthy, Nuggets are first O, and fourth D. Nonetheless, they managed to get to 50 wins. Imagine they were healthy for most of the season. And Jokic, all considered is just the best player in the World 6 years and running.
Cam, Braun, THJ have to hit shots. PoA defense has to be solid to let Jokic lean into his defensive strengths.
Just as importantly though – they have to win TOs. The offense is so elite that if you limit transition opportunities and extra possessions – you wonāt lose many games if you turn it into a halfcourt battle.
