Sucks that Embiid will likely: not be a starter, will be second team ALL-NBA, and will once again be runner-up for MVP… all for a guy who’s arguably the second best player in the league.
Edited to add.
Boston mafia wins again
Still wild to me that Kyrie is that high.
And it’s kind of goofy that Embiid is nearly +500,000 votes above Davis and would be a lock for starter if he was in the West when they don’t actually play according to conference any more.
It is what it is, but still a little weird.
Fan vote only counts for 50% of the vote, right?
Need to bring the center position back
the effect of the ringer
Sad
The drop off in votes from Embiid to Jimmy is absolutely insane 😂
The logic of the NBA:
Has all-star voting for 3 forwards and 0 centers
Has all-NBA voting for a center position
The only people that work harder than the devil are Bostonians and the Ringer propaganda machine
I’m more pissed about Sabonis being below Looney, wtf
Who actually spends their time casting votes for this? My theory is only teenagers vote. Adults don’t waste their time on casting votes.
Embiid has to be the most disrespected player in the league 🤷🏾♂️
Tatum has to be one of the most overrated defensive players in the league, if I see one more person say he’s “just as good as Embiid on defense” I’m gonna lose it
What is with the overall just sorta diminished interest in the team in the city this year? Would you say it’s more bout the Iggles, or the 2nd round exits and fatigue?
How can that many people like the Celtics?
Look at all the bigots voting for Kyrie and Jaylen 🙄
I’m fine with where Embiid is so far. He still could start when factoring in players and media voting.
It sucks that players could lose bonus incentives over this type of shit. But personally I’m over the snubs, eyes are set on the finals
We’re really living in the timeline where someone averages 33.6 and isn’t an All-Star starter. No way that’s ever happened before.
The East on paper is way better
It’s Joelver
Laker fans are wild
I so wish I could mobilize 7 million online friends to vote the bottom 24 players in the leauge into the All-Star game.
