  4. OgLocBabyy

I know it’s preseason, and I didn’t watch the game at all, but if Wemby played, do we win this?

  5. _s0lace_

This game will go down as a win but it was most certainly not that.

Jalen is our best player go argue with your mother

  6. indieGenies

  8. Th3_Paradox

Fuck it…petitioning the NBA to make them count our summer league and preseason wins as part of our regular season record. Idc. MAKE IT HAPPEN.

  9. gwatson86

Well, it’s settled. Our scrubs are better than the Spurs’ scrubs.

  10. nonetimeaccount

EVERY DAY I WAKE UP AND PRAY FOR AMEN

CAM HAS NO CONSCIENCE AND I LOVE IT. HE’S A BUCKET AND HE’S ALL CONFIDENCE. NO FEAR AFTER A BUNCH OF MISSES. THAT’S WHAT PROS DO.

I DON’T KNOW HOW WELL IT’S GOING TO WORK IN THE REAL GAMES BUT I LOVE THE FACT WE GET AFTER IT EVERY NIGHT. THAT ALONE WILL KEEP US IN GAMES.

THREE POINT SHOOTING IS A PROBLEM

UNDEFEATED AND IT FEELS SO GOOD

    GAMECUBE. NINTENDO.

  11. PapaLRodz

After this game I’m going to keep expectations realistic; 98-0 here we goooooooooooo!

  12. TheAlgerianFlash

Jalen Green is our franchise player until proven otherwise

  13. wgel1000

This team definitely has a new mentality.

Good to see us beating other young, developing teams, good chance we end up ahead of them during the season.

Let’s target the play-in! It’s a reasonable objective and it would be a huge leap from previous seasons.

“THE FUTURE IS NOW OLD MAN”

-Rockets coaching staff when hugging Pop probably

  15. JaTari_Wemba

just sign tacko fall to shutdown wemby he never had to play anyone bigger

  16. We’ve won 3 games in 3 different ways:

    1) Offensive juggernaut

    2) Defensive juggernaut

    3) Tough & gritty struggle

I like it! Bodes well for regular season hopefully! 🤞

  17. Shooting woes will probably be a common occurrence this year, but we need to make up for it in transition and on the interior, should improve as the year goes on.

Shoutout the third unit – Days, Samuels, Holiday, Williams and Whitmore were flying around out there on D and super physical in the paint, changed the game for us.

Sengun always has one of these games in preseason, he’ll be back next game.

Amen is going to be good from day one, makes an impact everywhere, is a monster in the open court. OH, and he’s hitting 3s, very scary.

  18. dpatel211

Lots of film for Ime and the guys to dissect from tonight, that’s for sure.

  19. Zephyr0us

what a gritty way to win. love it clear shift in mentality this year

  20. SubstantialCategory6

Reggie gets his first Snell with the Rox.

Worst Sengun game I’ve ever seen.

    Cam with team high FGA

  21. WuziMuzik

Cam is really going to need to develop some moves. When he does he can really be that other real scoring threat they need now.

  22. ajalonghorn

I was at the game in person, absolute horror show. God that was just awful basketball for both teams.

  23. Equipment_After

Man that was some ugly ass game. sengun got absolutely punked by collins. if this is what rockets can produce against spurs… Well I hope they can bounce back next game.

  24. NoneMoreBLK

We basically got back into this game and eventually won it because of our depth. Our 2nd and 3rd rotation guys were just better than theirs; but if Coach Pop put his starters in longer, we would have lost.

I know how a lot of y’all feel about Cam. He’s great, and he’s going to be a beast in the later years…but he’s not yet ready to match up against starters. I think he’s best when used against 2nd & 3rd stringers.

FFV has a better offensive night tonight. Dillon shot the ball decently from 3 (33%). Bae’Sean Tate was 100% from the field! Amen was great!

The Spurs have some size, so we needed our shots to fall since finishing at the rim would be tough. More suicides for the boys cause they missed a lot of free throws (69%)

  25. Bewaretheicespiders

They can thank the bench for that one…
