All I ask for is two things from the Dubs in 24-25
self-awareness and improvement
Reading threads of endlessly desperate “how do we contend” comments and “we aren’t old we just need a second option” conversations is like hearing a 15 year old asking dad for a Tesla… when there’s a perfectly good Honda accord in the driveway.
There are worse things than being in the post Championship era. Ought to be able to relax. We got our storybook ending in 2022.
What I see based on these playoffs so far is that Jokic and Denver are going to blow out everyone’s backs again and repeat.
Seeing the OKC Pels game you can visibly see how frantic both teams down the stretch meanwhile the Nuggets execute so effortlessly. Without any difficulty or hesitation. They will either get open threes off Jokic kick-outs or he will just post up 300 lbs of brute force and get an easy 2
Also the Pels basically indirectly ended our season…tbh once we lost that game my thoughts were basically set on next year lol.
