Tankaton simulations consistently show the Hornets drafting Clingan when they draft before the Grizzlies. The Blazers and Rockets are the only other teams that draft him ahead of the Grizzlies in certain situations after running the simulation many many times. Neither of these two drafting him make sense based on their current rosters.
You're a damn fool for comparing OKC to the Grizzlies of two years ago because OKC has an actual NBA coach who knows what he's doing. Mark D. knows the importance of keeping home court advantage in the playoffs and stressed that FACT to his team. Meanwhile, Taylor Jenkins has lost FOUR consecutive home games where he had home court advantage. Game 3 vs Utah the Grizzlies went into that game with home court advantage yet the Grizzlies lost that game…just like they lost game 1 vs Minnesota; just like they lost game 1 vs Golden State; just like they lost game 1 vs the Lakers. Taylor Jenkins is an absolute FRAUD.
