@Miami Heat

The NBA’s warning to Damian Lillard and his agent changes little. Any team not named the Miami Heat that trades for Lillard would acquire an unhappy player. Trading away major assets to pay $216 million over 4 years to a 33-year-old disgruntled star would be franchise suicide.

    No it wouldn’t. Lillard gets traded to a contender he is going to play hard. He wants to win.

    Yea, of course. Just because the league told him he was being bad and to apologize doesn’t change anything.

    I mean from what we’ve observed from Millard, he’s a really honorable dude, will being on a team other than the best bring out his best? No but he’ll still try bc it’s not like Millard to just not play at all bc he didn’t get his way he loves to compete and just play the game. I’d feel he’d be most motivated w the heat but it’s a little unreasonable to act like he’s not professional enough to try to work w a treat he gets traded to that at least has a decently competitive roster. Honestly most rosters would be an upgrade at this point
